Chotushkone (Death... Fair & Square)

★ Raju Guide ★

There was something very touching and
endearing about his desperate attempts to woo back his audience and somehow win its approval. He was like a school boy forever craving the appreciation of his elders and teachers. Even after six decades in the movie business, he clearly craved recognition and immortality. And we had somehow persuaded ourselves that he was going to be around forever. In a way, he will be. Dev Anand’s work and immense contribution to Indian cinema will live long after he’s gone and forgotten.

I'll Always Remember You..

My Beloved,
I feel you in the morning When at first I awake. Your thought is with me With each decision I
make. You'd been around forever since the first
breath I took. Now I have to go on alone but for
love I need not look because of what you
bestowed. In our short time together every
memory will last in my heart forever and ever.
Although you've left and walk above, I'm never
alone cause i'm wrapped in you love. Enjoy now
your long awaited reward and feel the peace in
your heart. What was taught to me will be taught
to mine because you live on in me even after
you're gone. I will always remember you.

Live ★ Life ★ King ★ Size

I have come across this phrase very often and have been pondering over it. We all dream about living like a king. But what does that mean?
Does living like a king mean living in a luxurious house, having loads of money, having all the power in the world? With most of us having little
money in our pockets, a small apartment to live in, several liabilities and responsibilities, facing the nitty gritties of everyday life, we surely
cannot live like a king.
Thinking about it last night, I had a strange feeling. I thought are we not the king of our own lives. It is we who determine what we do, where we go, what we eat, where we live. We
develop our own lifestyle, we choose our own friends, switch jobs whenever we want to, choose to be vegetarians or not, marry the person whom we select, pursue hobbies we are interested in. Yes, we can drive our life as and
where we want to, but only if we 'want' to. We as individuals are responsible for our own self and can lead a life we have imagined making the best use of whatever we have. We can exercise
our power in our own little world.
Living life to the fullest with whatever resources we have, and Living life on our own terms.
I think that is what living like a king means!

Teacher's Day ☆Missing it ~

Today it's 5th September.  It's World Teacher's Day. But as I'm suffering from MRSA, I'm in Medical Leave. So, I'm missing my students, my schools (both my work place & the school where i studied), my teachers all the day.

Teacher's Day is celebrated for
represent gratitude for teachers by
student. The teacher’s day is
celebrated across all over world. In
different countries it is celebrated on
different date. Teachers day and
World’s Teacher day both are
different from each other. World
teacher’s day celebrates on 5th
October.
On teachers day Student offers
flowers, gifts, Greeting cards to their
teachers. Teacher play very important
role in building of a man. Teacher
doesn’t mean the only who teaches at
school and colleges, The teacher is
very broad term, It includes the every
person who points our mistakes and
leads us to right path of our life.
Teachers’ Day is celebrated as a
tribute to the valuable contribution
made by teachers to the society by
imparting knowledge and
enlightening and shaping the career
of students. For students, Teachers’
Day is an occasion to pay reverence
and gratitude to teachers for their
selfless effort in shaping their career
and enriching the education system
in the process.India celebrates Dr.
Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan’s birthday
on September 5 since 1962. This is the
primary reason why countries
celebrate this day on different dates,
unlike many other International Days.

In India sometimes, Guru Pornima is
celebrated. On that day Shish (student
or follower) of Guru greets their
teachers. The schools and collages
makes the well preparations for the
celebrations. The speeches by
students for respect and thanking
teachers for their contribution. This is
often followed by a range of colorful
cultural programs, feast and other
activities which make the event
special and memorable.
Now a day’s, Teachers Day is one of
the occasions looked forward by
the teachers and students alike as on
this occasion it’s not only when
teachers are praised but also around
various schools students dress up as a
representation of their teachers and
take various lectures that are assigned
to the teachers they represent. As the
day passes the students do the regular
activities that are performed by the
teachers. On this day students realize
what it means to be a teacher and
what it means to control the future of
several students in their classes and
teachers are reminded what it felt
like when they were the students.
